In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, connecting theoretical lessons with production while students study at higher educational institutions is of great importance in preparing highly skilled specialists.
In order to implement this task, оn March 28, 2026, teachers and students from the Faculty of Road Construction of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute held a field lesson at the construction site of the institute’s new building complex. During the field lesson, the students engaged in an exchange of ideas with relevant specialists from the “Ajaýyp-gurluşyk” private enterprise.
The construction of our institute’s new building complex is not only a project executed by high-level construction organizations but also creates extensive opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in their respective fields. By participating in all stages of the construction, students became closely acquainted with the technology of the work carried out on-site, the characteristics of construction materials, and the professional work routines of the personnel.
Such field-training sessions enhance students' practical skills and provide significant support in their professional development within the architecture and construction industry, as well as in fostering their engineering mindset.
