On April 9, 2026, an online scientific-educational conference titled “Improving Road Construction Works” was organized by a trainee teacher from the Department of “Highway Construction” within the Faculty of Road Construction at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
The conference was attended by professors, instructors, and students from the country's leading higher and secondary vocational schools. During the online meeting, representatives from the Institute of Engineering-Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev, the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the Secondary Vocational School of Railway Transport in Ashgabat and the Ashgabat Secondary Vocational School of Construction under the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan exchanged professional experiences.
Detailed presentations were given regarding the improvement of road construction processes, the sequence of road pavement layers, and the causes of roadbed deterioration.
