On April 20–21, 2026, in order to implement the Plan for the Development of the Digital Education System Concept in Turkmenistan and to monitor the quality of education, the "IT-Zehin: Sanly Synag — 2026" Hackathon was organized by the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The competition was held in an online format among students from the country's secondary vocational and higher educational institutions.
