In honor of the proclamation of 2026 as the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — the homeland of purposeful winged horses” and to mark the glorious 35th anniversary of the sacred Independence of Turkmenistan, a training seminar entitled “Heavenly horses — The Wings of the Turkmen Soul” was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The event, dedicated to Turkmenistan's equestrian sports and national heritage, was jointly organized by the Institute's Volunteer Center and the Department of Social Sciences. The primary goal was to ensure high-level training for student volunteers for upcoming international events.

During the seminar, the following insightful presentations were delivered: “International Horse Beauty Contests in Our Country — A Magnificent Art” – Kumush Allabayeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Languages, highlighted the significance of international competitions; “Turkmenistan — The Homeland of Winged horses” – Zuleykha Orazova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences, spoke about the history and world-renowned fame of Akhal-Teke horses; “The Praise of the horse in Magtymguly’s Poetry” – Orazgul Berdiyeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences, explained the high regard for horses in the works of the great thinker and poet; “In the horse, there is both joy and loyalty” – Serdar Durdyyev, Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences, emphasized the spiritual bond between humans and horses; “Achievements of the 'Galkynysh' National Equestrian Games Group” – Hangeldi Ballyyev, a 1st-year student majoring in "Design of the Architectural Environment," gave an inspiring speech on the victories of Turkmen horsemen in world arenas. This seminar played a vital role in boosting national pride among student volunteers and preparing them to worthily represent the country's cultural heritage at future international events.

At the conclusion of the training seminar, the speakers expressed their sincere gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and to our Honored President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who serve as a true role model for everyone in glorifying our national pride — the Ahal-teke horses.
