The Volunteer Center of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute organized a solemn creative meeting titled “Our Flag is Our Crown, Our Laws are the Strength of Our Soul!” dedicated to the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan. This meeting provided a significant impetus to the high-level preparation of student volunteers for the international events to be held in our country on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of our sacred Independence and the declaration of 2026 as the year of “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — the homeland of purposeful winged horses”.

During the ceremony, honored cultural worker of Turkmenistan, poet Oguljemal Charyyeva, and Senior Researcher at the Magtymguly Institute of Language, Literature, and National Manuscripts, Candidate of Philological Sciences Tazegul Hapyzova, shared valuable insights regarding the role of books in the human soul and the high prestige of Turkmen poetry worldwide. They recited their own poems dedicated to the country's progress and our green flag to the institute's volunteers. Furthermore, Kumush Allabayeva, a senior lecturer at the “Languages” department and Orazgul Berdiyeva, a senior lecturer at the “Social Sciences” department, spoke in detail about the historical significance and legal foundation of the Basic Law and the State Flag in the history of national statehood.

Shanazar Kadyrov, a 4th-year student at the Faculty of Chemical Technology, enhanced the festive spirit with his passionate recitation of poetry. Inspiring songs performed by the institute's musical group "Bagtyýarlyk binasy" made the creative meeting even more impactful.

The creative meeting organized by the Volunteer Center left unforgettable emotions in all participants. At the end of the ceremony, the speakers congratulated the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag and our Honorable President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, on this beautiful holiday, wishing them good health and continued success in their work for the benefit of the nation and the country.
