A solemn scientific and practical conference dedicated to the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute jointly with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The event was held under the deeply symbolic title "Our state law and national flag – the guarantor of unity and prosperity."
The conference brought together the teaching staff and student youth. During the event, it was particularly emphasized that Turkmenistan is a democratic, legal, and secular state. The speakers noted the importance of this double shrine — the Basic Law and the Green Flag, which symbolize the right of our glorious people to independent development and prosperity. It was recalled that this double holiday, established on December 26, 1994, is traditionally and widely celebrated throughout the country on May 18.
In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the national symbols of Turkmenistan embody the principles of independence and neutrality of the Motherland. They are a reflection of the unwavering commitment of the united Turkmen people to the ideals of peace, creation, humanism, and good neighborliness.
At the end of the scientific and practical conference, words of deep gratitude and sincere wishes for good health and longevity were expressed to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, as well as to the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
