In accordance with the «Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052» approved by the Decree of our Honorable President, and the action plan for its implementation, educational activities in the higher education institutions of our country are acquiring special significance.
Particularly, in line with the demands of the modern era, the primary tasks remain as follows: elevating the quality of education to new levels, developing electronic publications, educational-methodological complexes, audio-video materials, electronic textbooks, and instructional manuals for academic disciplines; training educational personnel based on national and international experiences; enhancing the professional skills of teachers; developing and systematically continuing mentor-disciple relations; and implementing the national programs, strategies, and concepts adopted in this field.
To promote this Strategy, an advocacy and education event titled "Education – The Light of Happiness" was held with the participation of the officer-teachers and military students of the Faculty of Civil Defense of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. Speakers at this event highlighted the organized launch of the new academic year and the modern structuring of educational-upbringing work. They also noted the conduction of various production and methodological-work meetings at the Faculty of Civil Defense of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, the re-analysis and preparation of core programs and curricula, the professional development of officer-teachers, and the comprehensive education and upbringing received by military students. The objective in this direction is aimed at finding and implementing the most effective methods for providing education and upbringing to the younger generation, teaching personal and social moral principles to student youth, and increasing the efficiency of the work of educational system employees.
May the lives of our Hero Arkadag and our Honorable Supreme Commander-in-Chief — who have turned the education system, the solid foundation and strength of the state and the launchpad for all development, into one of the main priorities of state policy—be long and healthy, and may their state works always prosper!
