Turkmen state architecture and construction institute is holding an International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled “The Role of Innovative Technologies in the Construction and Industrial Complex”

Dear Colleagues!

Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute invites experienced scientists, university professors, staff of scientific and research organizations, engineers, and specialists of the scientific and technical community to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled “The Role of Innovative Technologies in the Construction and Industrial Complex”, which will be held in online format on October 27, 2026, on the occasion of the Day of Workers of Construction and Industrial Complexes of Turkmenistan. The working languages of the scientific and practical conference are Turkmen, Russian, and English.

The purpose of the conference is to strengthen friendly relations, mutually beneficial exchange of scientific information, and sharing of experience among faculty members, postgraduate students, and students of relevant higher educational institutions of our country and abroad, as well as scientists of research institutions and company specialists.

The topics proposed for presentations at the conference cover the following areas:

  • Architectural and construction innovations, modern materials, and advanced technologies;
  • Architecture, design, urban planning, and planning of settlements;
  • Implementation of digital technologies in construction and architecture, construction economics;
  • Environmental protection in construction, life safety, and alternative energy sources.

Scientists, engineering professionals, and representatives of the scientific and technical community who wish to participate in the conference are requested to submit their presentations and relevant documents in accordance with the specified requirements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for participation in the International Scientific and Practical Online Conference entitled “The Role of Innovative Technologies in the Construction and Industrial Complex”

  1. The number of authors for abstracts submitted to the international scientific and practical conference should not exceed three. The content of the paper must be of an independent research nature and correspond to its title.
  2. To participate in the international scientific and practical conference, the registration form must be downloaded from the following address and filled out (regular font, Times New Roman, 12 pt):
  3. Abstracts and summaries must be prepared for participation in the international scientific and practical conference. The abstract of the presentation must be in one of the working languages of the scientific and practical conference, and the summaries must be in the other two languages.
  • The translation of summaries of presentations by foreign participants of the international scientific and practical conference into the Turkmen language will be carried out by the Organizing Committee.
  • Local participants of the international scientific and practical conference must have the translations of summaries into English and Russian verified by the relevant university departments or translation centers.
  1. The abstract and summaries of the scientific work of the international scientific and practical conference participants must be reviewed at the author's place of employment and submitted with an official cover letter signed by the head of the organization. Electronic versions of the abstract and summaries must be attached to the letter.
  2. Authors bear personal responsibility for the content of the submitted documents.

REQUIREMENTS
for abstracts of presentations and summaries

  1. To participate in the international scientific and practical conference, please submit your abstracts and summaries to the Organizing Committee (the volume of the presentation abstract should not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 (210×297 mm) format, and each summary (in English and Russian) should be up to 0.5 pages).
  2. Page setup: top and bottom margins – 2.0 cm, left margin – 2.5 cm, right margin – 1.5 cm, orientation – “portrait”, font – Times New Roman, font size – 14 pt, line spacing – 1.
  3. Depending on the specifics of the scientific paper, the presentation may be illustrated with figures, formulas, and tables. In this case, each figure must not exceed the specified page parameters, and the font size must not be smaller than 14 pt. The total volume of the presentation abstract, including figures, formulas, and tables, must not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 format.
  4. All materials submitted electronically to the conference are accepted exclusively in MS Word format (with .doc and .docx extensions).
  5. The presentation abstract and summaries must be included in a single file and formatted as follows:
  • The author's first name and surname must be right-aligned, written in lowercase bold letters in 14 pt font, and the country's name must be indicated in parentheses;
  • If there are two authors of the presentation, the speaker's first name and surname must be listed first;
  • The titles of the abstract and summaries must be written in uppercase bold letters in 16 pt font and center-aligned;
  • One empty line must be left before typing the text of the presentation abstract.
  1. The text of the presentation abstract and summaries must be justified (aligned to both left and right margins). Mathematical formulas must be written using appropriate formula editors.
  2. Pages of the presentation abstract and summaries are not numbered.
  3. Submissions that do not comply with the stated requirements will not be considered.
  4. Corrections and additions submitted after the work has been handed in will not be accepted.
  5. By decision of the Organizing Committee, a submitted work may be rejected from participation in the scientific and practical conference.
  6. Submitted documents will not be returned.
  7. The presentation abstract and summaries must be placed in a single file. The file name must include the surname, first name, and patronymic of the speaker followed by the word “tez”. For example, if the speaker is Amanov Myrat, the file name should be “Amanov M. tez”. The full presentation must be sent as a separate file.
  8. Registration forms must be filled out by all authors of the presentation and placed in a single file. The registration form of the speaker at the scientific and practical conference must be placed first, followed by the co-authors. The file name for registration data must include the author's surname, first name, patronymic, and the word “reg”. For example, “Amanov M. reg”.
  9. Do not archive the files!
