On September 22 of the year 2026, themed “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan: The Land of Swift Steeds and Fulfilled Dreams”, a scientific-practical conference titled “Strengthening Our Independence is the Core Principle of the Esteemed President’s State Policy” was held in the assembly hall of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute to mark the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence.
At the opening of the scientific-practical conference, Amanmyrat Kakayevich Arazov, Head of the Science Department of the institute, delivered a speech highlighting the national-level initiatives aimed at public well-being, as well as the positive reforms implemented in science and education thanks to the unmatched efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and the Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
Furthermore, presentations by the faculty members and students regarding the achievements and milestones reached in the country during the years of independence left a profound impression on the attendees. The teachers and students who spoke during the conference expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and to the Esteemed President.
