From September 14 to 25, 2026, mass sports competitions entitled “Student Sports Developing in our Independent and Permanently Neutral Homeland, swift as a racehorse” were held at the Turkmen state institute of physical education and sports among students of higher education institutions across the country. The competitions were dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan and the International Day of University Sport.
The competitions were jointly organized by the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
Student athletes of the Turkmen State of Architecture and Construction Institute, who participated in volleyball, basketball, futsal, and table tennis competitions, performed successfully and achieved prize-winning places:
