Building upon the centuries-old experience of state governance accumulated by our glorious ancestors, and following their wise precepts, the work carried out annually at the sessions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan (People’s Council of Turkmenistan) is clearly visible in: ensuring the wide participation of the population in solving important issues of state and public life; strengthening the unity and cohesion of society; creatively perfecting the achievements made in developing national democracy; and discussing and implementing issues directed towards the interests of our people. Wonderful proverbs related to consultation and deliberation have reached our days, finding their expression in the book “Paýhas çeşmesi” (Source of Wisdom) published through the efforts of our Hero Arkadag with proverbs like: “A stone thrown with counsel goes far”; “A wedding held with counsel will not scatter”; “A coat cut with counsel will not be short”. In this regard, a seminar titled “Decisions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan: Youth Policy” was held on September 26, 2025, organized by the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
