On November 16, a ceremony took place at the Center for Public Organizations in Ashgabat to present the Turkmenistan Youth Award. This prestigious award recognizes the nation's most outstanding young individuals for their achievements in labor and creativity.
For the competition for the Youth Award of Turkmenistan during the International Year of Peace and Trust, ministries and sectoral administrative bodies of the country, hakimliks of the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as velayats, submitted the work of hundreds of young people, of which 141 were awarded the Youth Award of Turkmenistan for successes in science and education, culture and other fields, as well as for demonstrating high creative potential in promoting and popularizing the positive reforms carried out in the country.
The Youth Award of Turkmenistan honored three representatives of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The recipients are Akmuhammedov Ahmet Dovranovich, teacher of the Department of Technological Machines and Equipment of the Mechanical Engineering faculty, Ataev Bahram Kyyasmuhammedovich, teacher of the Department of Management of Economics at Enterprises of the faculty of Economics and Management, and Gurbandurdyev Gayypgeldi, a 5th-year student of the specialty "Electrical Supply" of the Mechanical Engineering faculty.
