From November 18 to December 5, 2025, specialists of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute participated in professional qualification improvement courses held at the Academy of State Services under the President of Turkmenistan. The courses covered topics such as the experience of transitioning to a digital system in public administration, innovations in state governance, new methods in the digital environment, changes in civil service during the digital transformation era, the electronic document management system, and new forms of working methods.
The professional qualification improvement courses were completed by the following participants: Head of the Department of Computer Technology and Systems, Seda Hangeldiyevich Hojayev, who studied “Human Resources Management Systems”, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation, Medet Babayevich Saryyev, who studied “Strategic Foundations of Digital Public Administration”, Specialist of the Institute’s Computer Computing Center, Batyr Hezretov, who studied “New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Civil Service”, and Head of the Department of Microelectronics and Measurement Engineering, Ilyas Kurbanmuhammedovich Ramazanov, who studied “Cybersecurity in Digital Government”.
All participants successfully completed their respective courses and received the appropriate Certificates.
