On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, as well as the opening of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, another online meeting was held at a high organizational level in accordance with the plan of online seminars organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Construction via the Zoom platform. The event was conducted based on the topic of senior lecturer of the Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering, Mamagul Tachmyradova, titled “The Role of CorelDRAW in Improving the Professional Skills of Modern Students”.
During the online meeting, important issues such as training highly qualified, broad-minded specialists capable of effectively using digital technologies, developing students’ creative abilities, and introducing innovative approaches into the educational process were extensively discussed. In particular, a detailed presentation was delivered on the use of CorelDRAW in architecture and construction, its capabilities in developing graphic projects, its importance in creating design solutions, and its positive impact on students’ professional development. It was especially emphasized that the effective use of this program in the educational process enhances students’ practical skills and expands their creative potential.
Teachers and students from the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, as well as the Ashgabat Construction Secondary Vocational School, actively participated in the online meeting via digital platforms. Participants shared their views on the importance of using digital resources in modern education, the advantages of introducing innovative technologies into the learning process, and the significance of experience exchange between educational institutions. Issues related to the development of the digital learning environment and its future prospects were also discussed.
At the end of the event, the importance of regularly holding such scientific and methodological meetings was emphasized. This event makes a significant contribution to improving students’ professional level, developing their creative and practical skills, and strengthening their readiness for future professional activities.
