According to the "Procedure for Conducting Scientific Events in Higher Education Institutions" approved by the joint order No. 15/56 of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan on February 23, 2024, scientific-practical events at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction are held at a high level.
Within this framework, and in accordance with the 2026 plan for scientific-practical conferences, senior lecturer Amangeldi Orazov of the "Strength of Materials and Structural Mechanics" Department of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction organized a scientific-practical conference entitled "Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses".
The presentations at the conference were prepared scientifically, various issues were analyzed in detail, and proposals and solutions related to the horse breeding culture and Turkmen history were brought to the attention of participants. Thus, the conference was held at a high organizational level and ensured active participation in the scientific field.
