New Rules for Information Systems Maintenance

DEAR STAFF AND FACULTY!

AN IT EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM HAS BEEN INTRODUCED

The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute has successfully passed certification and received a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022 "Information Security Management Systems".
Obtaining this certificate means that the institute has committed to complying with the requirements of this standard. This, in turn, obliges us to follow approved instructions and procedures, including those regarding the maintenance of information systems and equipment.

In this regard, effective September 1, 2026, a unified request form for IT equipment and systems maintenance has been introduced at the Institute.

HOW TO USE THE REQUEST FORM:

Step 1. Download the request form using the provided link:

Step 2. Fill out all fields in the form:

• provide your details (Full Name, position, department, contact phone number);
• describe the problem in detail;
• indicate the urgency of the request;
• sign the form.

Step 3. Print the completed form.

Step 4. Call a CCC employee by phone:

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

• The request is accepted only in a completed and printed form.
• A CCC employee will register your request in the log and provide a tracking number.
• If a physical hardware failure is detected, the CCC employee will draw up a memo addressed to the Vice-Rector to make a decision on repair or replacement.
• Emergency requests (interruption of the educational process, examination session, exam) are processed as a priority.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

Following established procedures is not a mere formality. It ensures:

• Transparency — you can see the status of your request;
• Control — every request is recorded and does not get lost;
• Speed — emergency requests are processed first;
• Compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements — we confirm our status as a certified institute.
