In the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses”, on 5 October 2026, the Democratic Party organization of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction held a conference entitled “Decisions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held on 23 September 2026: Halk Maslahaty – Bold Steps of State Development”.
Drawing on the centuries-old experience of state governance accumulated by our glorious ancestors and following their wise precepts, the work carried out to ensure broad public participation in resolving important issues of state and public life, to strengthen the unity and solidarity of society, to creatively build upon the achievements gained in developing national democracy, and to discuss and implement measures aimed at the interests of our people is clearly reflected in the annual sessions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. Our people’s wonderful proverbs about consultation and seeking counsel have come down to our days, and, thanks to the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, proverbs such as “A stone thrown with counsel flies far”, “A celebration organized with counsel will not fall apart” and “A robe cut with counsel will never be too short” are included in the published book “Source of Wisdom”.
At the end of the conference, the participants expressed words of gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero Arkadag, and to our Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
