In the year of "Turkmenistan – “The Home of Peace and Trust", cooperation in the field of science and education is carried out between the prestigious higher educational institutions of the world and the higher educational institutions of the country. As part of this collaboration, an international online conference dedicated to the development of a green economy in Central Asia was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering on September 20, 2025, at the invitation of the Kazakh-German University.
The international online conference addressed pressing regional and global issues, including water resource management, energy sustainability, climate resilience, agricultural transformation, and ecosystem conservation, with a focus on Central Asia. The conference presented relevant ideas and promising recommendations for advancing sustainable development in the five Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan – through carefully crafted policy proposals and dynamic discussions.
