In our country, under the wise leadership of the Estemeed President, a comprehensive construction program is being implemented, aimed at transforming Turkmenistan into one of the most advanced countries in the world. Across the country, modern residential buildings, socio-cultural facilities, and state-of-the-art engineering and technical infrastructures are being built. The Hero Arkadag, Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, has turned our country into a vast construction site. The construction industry is one of the sectors that creates and multiplies national values.
Our flourishing Homeland, whose prestige and reputation grow stronger day by day, has become a land of celebrations. These days, in honor of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence, cultural events, musical performances, scientific-practical conferences, and festive exhibitions are being held nationwide.
On September 23, 2025, in honor of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence, a scientific and practical conference titled "Scientific and Technological Development – A Reliable Foundation for Strengthening Independence" was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
At the opening ceremony, teachers and students emphasized that in the epoch of Revival of the new era of the Powerful State, the state programs being carried out ensure a scientific approach to construction, the wide introduction of advanced technologies and world experience into production, the development of a competitive environment, and the improvement of the quality of construction works. They also noted that substantial investments are being directed toward the construction of energy facilities, highways, hospitals, health centers, sports complexes, schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, housing, public utilities, industrial facilities, and comfortable residential complexes for the population. This contributes to increasing investment efficiency and achieving high rates of economic growth.
After the opening ceremony, the conference continued in the institute’s faculties and departments, where professors, lecturers, and students presented reports on the results of their research and work in their respective fields.
At the conclusion of the conference, words of gratitude were expressed to the Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who is leading our Motherland and people along the bright path of progress, opening wide opportunities in the sphere of science, education, and innovation, and making tireless efforts to promote peace, security, and sustainable development worldwide. Participants wished him further success in his endeavors of great national and global significance.
