On October 8, 2025, students 3 th-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering majoring in Lоgistics at the Faculty of Economics and Management studied the construction of foundations in order to consolidate their theoretical knowledge, namely, to become familiar with the specifics of the construction industry.
A cost estimate is one of the most important indicators used in construction. It is used to compare design solutions with alternatives, allocate technological, structural, and space-planning solutions, substantiate decisions on reconstruction and retooling, and resolve issues of site selection for a construction project. The cost estimate serves as the primary tool for determining the construction budget in a work execution plan and serves to determine the feasibility of construction and plan investments in the national economy, industries, and enterprises. Cost estimate indicators serve as the primary planning tool for construction and installation organizations. Based on the cost estimate, a contract is concluded between the contractor and the lead construction organization, the construction schedule is created, and the contract price is agreed upon. The cost estimate is used to determine labor costs as a price, the planned and actual profit of the construction company, and conduct a production and economic analysis of its activities.
The country's higher education institutions are important centers of modern education and advanced science. The construction and commissioning of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and the equipping of its laboratories with cutting-edge, innovative, world-class equipment, will provide a powerful impetus to the scientific work and innovative developments of students, faculty, and scientists.
The scientific and implementation work carried out on innovative equipment that will be installed in the new building complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering will play a significant role in strengthening the state's potential in the future, especially in the development of digital economic structures, through scientific discoveries, production and innovative experience, scientific and technical ideas, information technology research of students, master's students, postgraduate students, doctoral students and teachers engaged in scientific work.
