On October 10, 2025, during the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in the International Year of Peace and Trust, a gratitude meeting was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The event was dedicated to awarding the deeply respected President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the honorary title of “Honored Architect of Turkmenistan.” At the meeting, it was noted that under the leadership of the deeply respected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in our independent and permanently neutral country, the construction of healthcare facilities is carried out in accordance with high architectural standards and national style. It was emphasized that in the development of architectural and construction projects for medical institutions, advanced global experience, innovative technologies, modern engineering, architectural, and design solutions are actively implemented, and great achievements are being made in the field of urban development. The meeting also highlighted the significant work being done in training highly qualified specialists in design and architecture, engaging young people in these fields, and applying the achievements of scientific thought and technological progress. Taking into account the outstanding contribution of the President to the development of healthcare, as well as his special services to society and the state, and based on proposals received from representatives of the people, major public organizations, labor collectives, and citizens of the country, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decided to confer upon the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov the honorary title of “Honored Architect of Turkmenistan.”
